Tagline – All the Young Women will love the Young Men! Set during the Korean War and shows the racial tensions during this period. Sidney Poitier sees his lieutenant killed and has to lead his men to safety. Both the main actors play their roles very well. Alan Ladd was 47 and in the twilight of his film career but still shines on the screen. A very good afternoon movie highlighting an important part of America’s past and to some extent present. |
