A wonderful 'B' movie that deserves more recognition than it gets. Motor mechanic Mickey Rooney borrows $20.00 to go a date with the new cash registrar Vera (Jeanne Cagney). To pay back the $20.00 he borrows a further $100.00 and soon his debt leads to bigger crimes.
