The third instalment in the Superman series and one that divides fans. Christopher Reeve refused to play the part of Superman in protest of his friend Richard Donner being fired. New director Richard Lester pleaded with Reeve to return as studio bosses had earmarked Tony Danza to play Superman. Luckily, Reeve agreed on the condition that he could change the script.

Grade

C 6.5– Fine.  The movie poster has a small tear bottom left. The poster was once tri-folded but has been rolled for a long time. I'd recommend using archival tape on the back to repair this small tear OR if it's a poster you know you will keep for years to come, then linen-back it.
